Carriage
Delivery and returns
Four routes, one dispatch window and a returns policy short enough to read before you order rather than after.
Where it goes
Every garment is printed and packed in the United Kingdom. Two countries can order today. The rest are stated as closed rather than left to be discovered at checkout.
| Destination | Service | Cost | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| United Kingdom | Royal Mail Tracked 48 | Free over £60, otherwise {CONFIRM} | Printed and posted in the United Kingdom. Tracked to the door. |
| Australia | Tracked, shipped from the United Kingdom | {CONFIRM} | The parcel leaves the same British print run as a domestic order. Allow longer in transit. |
| United States | Routes to United States fulfilment | Not open yet | Tees are never posted from the United Kingdom to the United States. That route is not open, so orders cannot be placed at present. |
| Everywhere else | Not open yet | Not open yet | The list will say so on the day it changes. |
The table scrolls sideways on a narrow screen.
When it leaves
- Dispatch
- 7 to 10 days after the window closes. The print run is placed the day the window closes and is sized by what was actually ordered, so nothing is held in stock beforehand and nothing is over-printed.
- Window
- DROP 001 closes {CONFIRM}. Orders placed after that go into the next window.
- Payment
- Your card is charged at pre-order, not at dispatch.
- Tracking
- A tracking number is emailed the day the parcel is handed over.
Sending it back
- Returns
- If it is not what this site says it is when it lands, it goes back within 30 days for the full £35. No form to fill in and no restocking charge.
- Exchanges
- Wrong size is exchanged free and both postage legs are covered. You are not paying postage twice for a guess the size guide invited.
- Gifts
- A gift order can be exchanged through 31 January, which is long enough for it to have been opened, worn once and thought about.
- Condition
- Unworn, unwashed and with the neck label intact. Print that has been through a tumble dryer at the wrong setting is not a fault.
- Statutory rights
- The 30-day promise sits on top of the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. It does not replace either. The full wording is in the terms of sale.
Returns address and returns email are {CONFIRM}.
